This exemplar exhibits a moment in my clinical experience where I felt as though I was changed or learned something greatly. I am proud of this moment and will remember it throughout my practice to provide safe and effective care to my patients who I encounter. I learned a lot from this experience including how communication and prioritization are key factors in becoming an expert nurse, and I will continue to practice and strengthen these skills throughout the early days of practice.
