When looking back at our final piece, it is bright, colorful, and catches the eye for nurses and other staff to read up on our presentation and thoughts related to it. As a group, we received little feedback regarding the staff responses to our work and whether or not they will incorporate it into their own practice. A few pieces of feedback we received from the R1 floor educator includes that our project was… “very eye catching, reinforces their practices well, is very appropriate and useful to give to the patient of R1, and including your references may be useful”. These pieces of feedback are nice to hear, as it seems that our project is very relevant to the floor and that individuals are noticing it. I hope to hear more from the nurse educator as time goes on and as staff mention areas of improvement or other areas regarding feedback for our project. As a whole, I am very happy with how our project turned out and am excited others on R1 will be able to educate themselves on an important topic!
