I believe that my group worked very well together and that everything went very smoothly. I enjoyed how every step of the process was split up and had assigned due dates, this helped keep things very organized. One thing that I believe worked very well for my group specifically would be the fact that we met on zoom two times to go over our revisions and keep up-to-date with one another. Another thing that I believed helped us out was picking a topic that sparked our interest as it made it easier to reflect and put our best effort into. The process went very smoothly, but as some points I felt overwhelmed with other coursework, mainly for NSG 456 as it is a class that must have full attention at all times. I enjoyed this process as it gave us a break from hard coursework and allowed us to reflect and choose a project in which we are passionate about and what we think would benefit our patient population most. I also found it slightly easier to have a smaller group of three people, this made it easier to communicate and find time for us all to meet and go over things as a group. It was very helpful meeting on zoom as it put us all on the same page and allowed us to communicate revisions and questions we had.
